Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, compliance with copyrights on designs and material lists, as well as securing their own access credentials. Changes to projects must be documented promptly to ensure reliable coordination within the team.

We assume no liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence. The software is provided with industry-standard care; error-free operation under all conditions is not guaranteed.

Contracts for paid licenses run for the agreed minimum term and renew automatically unless terminated in due time. The notice period is 30 days before the end of the contract. After termination, stored project data remains available for archiving for 90 days.

We reserve the right to adjust these terms if legal frameworks or the platform's feature set change. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file at least 30 days before they take effect. If the user does not object, the new terms are deemed accepted.
